We have been hanging on to FULMAR hoping to get a solution to the data
model caching in it, but this doesn't seem to be going to happen.
Shall I make a release?

If the caching isn't close then, yes, I agree it's about time we did a
release.

Yep, sounds like it's about time it should fly the nest. Give me a day or
so to take a look at Chris' problem first though in case there is a fix we
can make.
